With more than 20 years of experience in construction, crusher-plant building and the wider construction sector, Bir Bahadur Shrestha brings practical knowledge to Khadam’s work.
His experience spans building, managing, operating, maintaining and repairing crusher plants. That hands-on perspective helps him understand how a site, plant equipment, construction materials and delivery needs fit together on real projects.
He leads Khadam with a focus on connecting the source to the customer: supporting crusher plants and arranging construction-material supply and transport for individual builds, contractors and larger projects. Rooted in Eastern Nepal, the company can discuss work elsewhere in Nepal and beyond according to project requirements and availability.

Khadam works at both ends of the material journey: the crusher plant that produces it and the transport that takes it to the customer. Our work includes delivering crusher dust and 30mm and 40mm aggregates, alongside crusher plant construction, operation, management and repair.
